In Kramatjati, the average organic waste produced from vegetable, fruits and tuber trade activities is 3,778,97 tons / day. The average total volume of organic waste produced in 2009 was 3,778.97 tons / month or 124.24 tons / day, while vegetable waste accounted for 25% of the total waste component of 90%. the waste is collected and processed into organic fertilizer, which can be used as a mixture of planting media composition and as a medium of seedlings.
